During the Fall Quarter the 6th Grade Band members are working on music fundamentals such as rhythms, pitch notation, musical terms and an introduction to various band instruments. The remainder of the year will be spent learning to play specific instruments.

The 7th and 8th Grade Bands spend the Fall quarter practicing scales in preparation for All-State tryouts and also work on musical cheers and music appropriate to play at pep rallies and football games.  

All band members will participate in the Winter Arts Festival Concert in December.
