The
Aiken Performing Arts Group received a grant from the Community
Foundation for the CSRA (grant- Augusta National Endowment)
to bring more music options to our students. Working with USC-A
and USC music teachers and students, our students were privy
to lessons and shows by accomplished musicians representing
the colleges. Students worked on violins, cellos woodwinds and
had vocal lessons with the USCA Choral Group. The teachers and
musicians are compensated with APAG providing the monies the
grant does not cover.
