"Superintendent Mick Zais recently visited Aiken County and made a stop at Schofield Middle. He was escorted by Dr. Everitt and school principal, Jackie Barnwell. Superintendent Zais was very pleased with the environment of the school and interaction between students and faculty members during instruction time. Schofield Strings had the opportunity to show off a little while both superintendents looked on. Zais stated this was the first of many visits to come."
