The Board of Education recognized our new administrators during a recent meeting. New principals, an area superintendent and a newly appointed school food service supervisor were in attendance for the warm welcome.

Dr. Diane DeFord, creator of the "Dominie Assessment", held a two day professional development session for our elementary principals.

Aiken County Public Schools participated in the Business, Innovation & Technology Expo on July 17 at the USC-Aiken Convocation Center. (more)

The Aiken Performing Arts Group received a grant from the Community Foundation for the CSRA (grant- Augusta National Endowment) to bring more music options to our students.
